WHAT I'M BUILDING
The Xavier Lee Plan documents the creation of a real estate investment company built on education, accountability, ownership, and opportunity. The goal is to acquire properties, renovate communities, create long-term housing, and teach others how to build wealth through responsible real estate investing. Every success, setback, lesson, and decision is shared publicly so others can learn from the process, apply the principles, and build something meaningful of their own.
